We use an oxo-biodegradable substrate (nb: not just oxo-degradable) in all our cards. This means they are 100% bio-degradable in landfill even in anaerobic conditions. Our cards do not create any long-lasting, harmful 'micro-plastics' or emit any nasty methane during decomposition.
Our substrate has been tested thoroughly by the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTD).
We realise that delivering our cards via the postal network contributes to global carbon output and we are therefore also committed to offsetting our carbon footprint completely each and every month.
